MOVIE SHOOTING AT THE UNSA CAMPUS
At the UNSA Campus site, 04 to 28 June2017, Deblokada Sarajevo Association is working on preparations for shooting the movie “BEARING WITNESS” directed by Josep Pierson. Preparations for filming started on 04 June2017. The end of recording is planned for 28 June 2017. The film’s topic deals with the last 1992 - 1995 war.

CONSTRUCTION OF UNIVERSITY LIBRARY
The University Library is planned to be constructed in the UNSA Campus, while the work on project documentation is in ongoing. Majority of funds amounting to 20 million € is provided by the Saudi Fund for Development of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s grant and the rest is secured from the Sarajevo Canton budget. The procedure for selecting a consultant to carry out the audit the final project design and supervising construction works and Library equipping is currently ongoing.

INTERNATIONAL ARCHITECTURAL STUDENT COMPETITION FOR UNSA CAMPUS
Within planned activities at the 4th international conference “Importance of place” to be held in Sarajevo from 20-23 October 2017, it has been planned to conduct an international, architectural student competition with the subject of the UNSA Campus site. Partner in the organization is the UNSA Faculty of Architecture, while jury members are: Prof. Dr. Nina Avramidou (University of Florence, Italy); Prof. Dr. Francesco Defilippis (Polytechnic University of Bari, Italy) and Prof. Mr. Sc. Mevludin Zecevic (University of Sarajevo Faculty of Architecture, Bosnia and Herzegovina). The deadline for submission is 01 September 2017.
