“Mevlana” Academic Exchange Program Results
Results of a Call for competition for „Mevlana“ academic exchange program at the “Ondokuz Mayis” University in Samsun (Turkey) are available at the following link: http://mevlana-en.omu.edu.tr/
Selected students, nine of which are from the University of Sarajevo, will stay at the “Ondokuz Mayis” partner University in the 2014-2015 academic year, while two Turkish students will stay at the University of Sarajevo.
The results for academic staff will be announced in August 2014.
The goal of the “Mevlana” academic exchange program that is funded by the Council for Higher Education, the Republic of Turkey, is the exchange of teachers and students from the Turkish educational institutions and higher education institutions with similar institutions in other countries.
Students in exchange can spend at least one or at most two semesters. Teaching staff in exchange can hold lectures minimally one week and maximally three months. Teaching staff and students from each country can participate in the program “Mevlana” exchange program at higher education institutions in Turkey, with the intention of giving lectures or study. As part of the “Mevlana” program, a student can be only once recipient of scholarships during his university education. Teaching staff may participate in the “Mevlana” exchange program only once during the course of academic year.
