Workshop on the University Financial Business Operating

The University of Sarajevo and the University of Paderborn (Germany) are organizers of a two-day workshop on the topic of university financial business operating, within the scope of international cooperation activities. This event started at the University of Sarajevo on 15 December 2014. During the workshop, University of Paderborn representatives presented the management system of their university – financial management - the role of a clear strategic and operational planning, IT support, power distribution, keeping the income’s originality and “Freedom of managing one’s own resources”, including the ensuring of full accountability, traceability and transparency.

On the second day of the workshop, 16 December 2014, participants will be in opportunity to hear a presentation on the topic “The process of managing the changes and integration.”
