“Empowering Universities to fulfill their responsibility
for Quality Assurance“ Participation Call 

The University of Sarajevo is a participant in the Tempus project “‘Empowering Universities to fulfill their responsibility for Quality Assurance.” The EUA (European University Association), in cooperation with the HEIs from Europe and Western Balkans, is the project leader. The University of Sarajevo is the host of a  national workshop that is scheduled to take place on 4 June 2015, from 9:30 to 16:30 hrs. Ms. Tia Loukkola, EUA Director for the Institutional Development unit, will present in details the topic “The Revised European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance – New Elements and Consequences”. After Ms. Loukkola’s presentation, Mr. Benjamin Muhamedbegovic, Agency for Development of Higher Education and Quality Assurance of Bosnia and Herzegovina Assistant Director for Quality Assurance, will give an overview of revised European report on quality assurance’s impact in B-H. Ms. Anna-Lena Claeys-Kulik, EUA  Project Officer, will present a paper on the topic of project financial management and sustainability. Colleagues from the UNSA Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, Department of Physics and from the Institute for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology will present activities of their respective institutions in the research area.
