Aiming to complete the process of establishing quality management at the University of Sarajevo, a two-day ISO 9000 Series Training for Internal Auditors internal auditors started on Monday, 31 August 2015. As a part of the seminar at which UNSA employees participate, on the first day the requirements of EN ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 19011: 2011/Guide for the auditing of QMS and EMS/ were presented. The tasks: Interpreting standard requirements EN 9001: 2008 and Making a checklist for the requirements of EN ISO 9001: 2008 were performed in groups and presented. Within the work in groups and results presentation activities, the following tasks are planned for the seminar’s second day: Creating a matrix and the plan for internal audit, Writing reports on non-compliance and Development of checklists for two specific procedures.
