The implementation of the second cycle of the TRAIN (Training & Research for Academic Newcomers) project started at the University of Sarajevo on 18 January 2016. The objectives of the TRAIN program are to develop, implement and evaluate a structured professional development training program consisting of 8 modules for new academics (PhD students, assistants, junior professors, post-docs of not more than three years work experience) at the University of Sarajevo.  The program has been designed in line with the European standards for teaching, research and communication skills.
