Erasmus+ Project Monitoring visit
Within the Erasmus+ project Enhancement of HE Research Potential Contributing to Further Growth of the WB Region- Re @ WBC a monitoring visit organized at the University of Sarajevo on Friday 21 October 2016 by representatives of the Erasmus+ National BH office. The aim of visit was to introduce the current project activities, exchange of information and agreement on follow-up activities. The participants of the monitoring visits were welcomed by Prof. Dr. Maida Cohodar-Husic, Vice-Rector for Quality.
The project’s main objective is to contribute to improved management of the human research potential of the Western Balkans universities in accordance with national and EU strategies for researchers. In achieving this goal, top-down and bottom-up approaches will be combined. Specifically, procedures and practices for human resources management at the partner universities will be improved in order to meet European standards; a continuous process of training and information for young researchers on professional training and career development opportunities will be established. The fulfillment of the objectives will be given in the form of a series of universities bylaws, relevant to the management of human research potential, as well as increased levels of professional development of researchers.
