50 foreign students and faculty members from partner universities from nine countries - Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Greece, Italy, Germany, Romania, Spain and Turkey are coming at the University of Sarajevo at the beginning of the summer semester of 2016/2017.
It is about students and faculty members who are engaged in various mobility programs funded by the European Commission, such as Erasmus +, Mevlana, CEEPUS, and those who are coming via bilateral cooperation agreements signed between our and partner universities in the world. The duration of their stay is one semester (six months).
The UNSA Department for International Cooperation organizes an orientation program that aims to bring closer to foreign students and faculty members our University, its history, traditions and culture, as well as the history, tradition, culture and customs of our city and country, or to provide them all the necessary academic and practical information.
This year orientation program started on the Welcome Day which took place in the UNSA Administrative Office on Monday 13 February 2017. The program will be continued in the coming days, so the students will timely receive the necessary academic and administrative information about the University of Sarajevo. Prof. Dr. Aleksandra Nikolic, UNSA Vice-Rector for International Cooperation and International Cooperation Department associates addressed the foreign students and faculty members.
