Ambassador Lars-Gunnar Wigemark, Head of EU Delegation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and European Union Special Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina delivered an address to students and representatives of the eight public universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina: Universities of Sarajevo, East Sarajevo, Tuzla, Banja Luka, Bihac, Zenica, “Dzemal Bijedic” in Mostar and the University of Mostar.
Ambassador Wigemark read the letter of H. E. Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission who was prevented from arriving in Sarajevo due to bad weather. In her letters, Mogherini told students that they have the right and the need to demonstrate the energy needed to ensure the changes.
