The Western Balkan Information Literacy Conference (WBILC) was held in Bihac (Bosnia and Herzegovina) from 7 to 9 June 2017.

The conference was organized by the Technological Institute of Limerick (Ireland) that is also the coordinator of the Erasmus + project Capacity Building in the Field of Higher Education (CBHE) Project 561987 “Library Network Support Services: Modernizing libraries and the Western Balkan countries through staff development and reforming library services .”

Six representative of the University of Sarajevo, members of DWG, LTWG and LNSS TG working groups actively participated in this conference and they presented four papers that were published in the Conference Proceedings with international review.

The conference was attended by about 80 participants.
