On Friday, September 8, 2017, the University of Sarajevo organizes the National Library Awareness Day, within numerous activities in the ERASMUS+ Capacity Building and Higher Education project (CBHE) - "Library Network Support Services (LNSS): Modernizing libraries in Western Balkan countries through staff development and reforming library services.”
 
Round table: “Quality Management in Higher Education Libraries” will be held in the UNSA HQ on Friday, September 8, 2017, starting at 10:00.

On the same day at Vilsonovo setaliste, at 17:00, a "Walk for Libraries”, - a joint activity of partner institutions to mark this day, will be organized. The walk will start from the “Ars Aevi” bridge towards Pofalici. It is planned that “Walk for Libraries” participants bring their favorite book or a book they want to read.

The National Library Awareness Day is organized on 8 September during the International Literacy Day.
The mentioned activities will be conducted in Bihac and Mostar according to the given schedule, where the partners in the LNSS project realization are Cantonal and University Library Bihac and the University of Mostar.
