The Global Young Academy has announced a competition call for membership, intended for young scientists aged between 30 and 40. The call is open until 8 October 2017; membership invitation can be found at their website: https://globalyoungacademy.net/call-for-new-members/.

The call is open to all scholars working in any research-based discipline, including the sciences, medicine, engineering, social sciences, the arts and humanities, as well as researchers working in government, industry and the non-governmental sector. The organization is looking for more young scientists from regions from where there are not many members (see: http://globalyoungacademy.net/membership-map/).
